Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps or SysAdmin leader to oversee our combined scrum team on one of our largest programs working with the US Government. A strong candidate will be expected to create, manage, and update our infrastructure that underpins the software development and operational environments. In this position, you will be overseeing the technical delivery or our platform that requires a keen understanding of cloud infrastructure, CICD pipelines, and how to meet government security requirements. You will create the technical vision for the team, assign work, and mentor team members. This is a non-people management position.

Responsibilities:
Lead the technical delivery of the program's cloud architecture and CICD pipeline
Provide strategic technical vision for the team, understand the team's capabilities, assign tickets, and mentor team members
Contribute to the team technically, whether via SysAdmin or DevSecOps work
Interact with other technical team leaders, the program management team, and customer to ensure common understanding of infrastructure plans
Required Qualifications:
US citizenship with a current/active TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. Government Security Clearance
A security certification (Security , CISSP, etc)
Work full-time on-site
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. In lieu of a degree, four years of experience may be substituted
Strong practical experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, including services such as EC2, S3
System Administration or DevSecOps skills, such as hands on experience managing and securing Red Hat Enterprise environments
Familiarity with government security requirements and process to stay up to date on government security changes
Experience with CICD pipelines and integrating security within those pipelines
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and lead in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with security monitoring and logging tools in AWS (Cloudwatch, Cloudtrail) and on RHEL
Understanding of AWS Well-Architected framework
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team lead and agile methodologies
