Role
The Project Coordinator Intern supports a variety of initiatives within the Towers Support Services team, including customer process improvements, project coordination, and virtual training facilitation. The role involves engaging directly with stakeholder communications, maintaining project documentation, and inputting critical information into customer systems. Ideal for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields, the position requires a proactive approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is a crucial part of our hybrid work model, blending in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
