SUMMARY:
The Branch Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of parts and service employees in alignment with company objectives, implementing strong business practices that enable the branch to achieve its annual financial goals, overseeing day-to-day parts and service operations, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners throughout their region.
