Sr. Director, Cell Sourcing (Finance)
Vitalant is seeking a Senior Director, Research Cell Sourcing to join the Vitalant Research Institute in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you'll lead the strategic growth and operations of our Cell Sourcing Department, which provides blood products and services to accelerate innovation in research and development.

Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Knowledge of Blood Collection Center processes preferred.
Licenses/ Certifications
Scientific degree or nursing certification preferred.
Experience
Eight years of related experience required. To include:
• 5 years of management experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience developing business and strategic plans.
Experience in fiscal management.
Experience within a Blood Collection Center preferred.
Skills/ Abilities
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and
responsibilities.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of personnel management required.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects.
Ability to plan and perform statistical analysis.
Ability to think strategically.
Ability to handle conflict and mitigate problems.
Ability to present to customer groups and employees
