income tax accounting for US GAAP and managing the team responsible for the
sameLead the preparation of and review of the US Federal income tax returns (1120, 1065, etc.)Lead quarterly estimate Federal income tax calculations, payments, etc.Lead the US federal income tax accounting under ASC 740 on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisManage the review and responses to notices and requests for audit on the Federal levelMonitor on-going US legislative changes and lead the efforts around evaluating the impact on the Company's US federal income tax liabilityPrepare and present executive summaries for and to Senior ExecutivesIdentify opportunities to drive process improvements, including automation, into the compliance process to ensure greater accuracyIdentify opportunities through the compliance process for cash and/or ETR tax savingsLead, manage, and develop a team of 5 tax professionals
