We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team at Women's Health Advantage. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
As a Medical Assistant, you will provide essential support to physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and the care team by performing both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Rooming patients and taking vitals
Charting and preparing patient records
Preparing and maintaining exam rooms
Entering orders into the EMR system
Assisting with procedures and administering injections
Providing excellent patient service and communication
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Schedule & Requirements
Full-time (36-40 hours per week)
Monday Friday (No weekends or holidays)
Completion of an accredited medical assisting program required
1+ year of experience preferred; OB/GYN experience a plus
CMA certification preferred
