What you'll be doing:
Review vendor provided order acknowledgements for accuracy of information including complete description of items, delivery lead time, material quantities, expected pricing, etc.Ensure timely receipt of vendor offers so as to obtain material by the due dateFacilitate communication with vendor to provide PO number to confirm order placementMaintain vendor scorecard to accurately represent Rogers customer satisfaction rating Updating internal system with expected dates, notes, and appropriate work order status to properly notify involved parties of material availabilityReconcile purchase orders and invoicesDaily reporting to analyze previous days activity Daily reportingdetermining what/how/ why material came in incorrectly or damaged (for non-conformances)Internal interfacing with regional dispatchers/managers, project managers, and other procurement team membersExternal interfacing with vendors (maintaining vendor relationships)

Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional mannerCapability to work well in a team setting with the ability to multitaskCapacity to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional mannerAbility to create, edit and analyze data using MS Office Suite, especially excel spreadsheets, word documents, PDF files and PowerPoint presentationsAbility to create, navigate, search and update company systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices, emails, etc.)
