Our schedules are Monday-Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm
W/ mandatory overtime Friday if necessary.
The Department Positions Include:
• Production Fabrication
• Assembly
• Packaging
GENERAL SUMMARY:
A Team Members will perform various basic and skilled Manufacturing Production Labor tasks and processes to achieve a finish product. The tasks will vary depending on the position, skill level and experience.
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
• These positions are very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 35 lbs.
• Work is Indoors various temperature conditions such as cold and hot days
• Must be able to get to work on time and ready to work
• Must be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, attention to detail
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must use the assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: Safety Glasses, ear plugs, and safety glove
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
• Forklift experience plus
• Fabrication experience plus
• Equipment experience plus
