About the Barista:
As a Barista at Draft Coffee, you will craft high-quality espresso drinks and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced, grab-and-go setting. Youll ensure consistency in coffee preparation, maintain a clean workspace, and deliver a premium guest experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment.
What Youll Do:
Welcome Guests with a Smile: Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.Craft Quality Beverages: Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee and tea with consistency and precision.Provide Fast, Friendly Service: Keep the line moving while maintaining a high standard of guest service.Handle Transactions Efficiently: Process cash and card payments quickly and accurately.Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Follow food safety guidelines and keep workstations clean and organized.
